Rajiv Pandhi is the Founder and CEO of GNET Computer Systems LLC and has guided the company’s journey since its establishment in 2004.
With over 37 years of combined professional experience across business operations, management and technology consulting, Rajiv brings extensive expertise in CRM, ERP, solution architecture, business process optimization and project leadership.
His business-first approach ensures that technology recommendations begin with understanding operational challenges and delivering practical solutions.

Chinmay Pandhi
Chinmay Pandhi represents the next generation of leadership at GNET, bringing an international business perspective and a growth-oriented approach to client partnerships.
He holds an MBA in International Business from the University of Paris, completed in 2023.
Since joining GNET’s leadership in 2023, Chinmay has focused on developing business opportunities, understanding client needs and strengthening strategic customer relationships.
He works alongside the consulting and delivery teams to connect business requirements with technology solutions.
